SEASONAL RECIPE: Strawberry, Mango, Yoghurt and Cocoa pops

We love recipes that pack-a-punch using seasonal produce and around 5 or so ingredients. There's no doubt about it - there's just too many things you can whip up with just a few ingredients, like these delicious fruit pops! They're a healthy and seasonal sweet treat that everyone will love, and perfect to cool off on a hot day.

Strawberry, Mango, Yoghurt and Cocoa pops

*Note you will need an ice block mould for this recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Yoghurt (any kind will do, but I have used natural Greek yoghurt)
  2. 1 cup strawberries, chopped and mashed
  3. 1 cup mango, diced and mashed
  4. Honey
  5. Cocoa

Directions:

  1. Flavour 1: Yoghurt, honey, strawberry or mango - Mix these ingredients with a choice of one or both fruits and put into the ice block mould.
  2. Flavour 2: Yoghurt, cocoa, strawberry or mango - First mix some yoghurt together with 2 teaspoons of cocoa. Fill half the mould with this mixture. Then mix strawberries, mango or both with some yoghurt and fill the rest of the mould to the top. You will end up with an awesome bi-colour pop.
