[Watch] Mark Ruffalo tells David Cameron to Frack Off

Mark Ruffalo has been on our radar as an environmental celebrity for a while. He and Leonardo Dicaprio are part of the 100% campaign which is calling for a worldwide transition to 100% renewable energy.

Ruffalo is now using his voice and prominence to bring light to the issue of fracking calling on Brittish Prime Minister David Cameron to abandon his push on fracking and leave fossil fuels in the ground.

Why is fracking such a big deal? Find out in under five minutes with this nifty video.

In recent news, it's suspected that fracking is the cause for the surge in Oklahoma earthquakes. It has also released methane gas into drinking water systems, so much so that people can set it on fire!

Watch Ruffalo's full address to Prime Minister Cameron below.

You can also sign the petition calling on David Cameron to respect Lancashire's democratic decision and keep the UK fracking free.
