Can you cut 1 Tonne of carbon pollution out of your life?

Ingredients
1 package of silken (soft) organic tofu
2 cups baked sweet potato
1/2 cup yeast flakes
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp + 1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp GF soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp cayenne or red pepper
plus your pasta of choice
Method
1. Bake sweet potato for about an hour at 200 degrees.
2. Let cool. Whizz up in a blender until creamy.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend some more.
4. Cook your pasta.
Mix sauce and noodles. ENJOY!
What you can do
For regular meat eaters cutting out 1 red meat meal each week
Manage your weekly diet to include lots of cereals, nuts, fruits and vegetables and non red meats, as by cutting out one 150g red meat meal a week you can save approximatrly 195kg of CO2 in a year.
