[Images] Innovative expanding origami pots designed to cut waste!

These pots grow as your plant does, saving time and promoting sustainability.

GROWTH uses "origami-based geometry", transforming the pot to assist the plant as it goes through it's multiple stages of growth. Designed by London based company Studio Ayaskan their website states,

"The life cycle of a plant is a transformation, from an early seed to its full grown size; the blooming of a flower, the unfolding of a leaf, the branching of the roots. This process is what GROWTH aims to capture within a plant pot."

This philosophy, to build WITH nature rather than to conquer it as some higher entity, is spreading in modern-day and sustainable building methods and inventions. It transcends to even the smallest of innovations - such as a pot plant.

Something that grows with the plant, not contains it. This is a small example of the very large things we can do.

We're building a movement of women fighting climate change through the way we live.
