Climate Coolers

Climate Coolers is a not-for-profit, non-partisan women's organisation that exists to engage the women of Australia on climate change and drive practical action to cut greenhouse gas pollution.

The 1 Million Women campaign is our first major national initiative. A bold and exciting climate change campaign that aims to inspire, empower and mobilise 1 million women of Australia to cut 1 million tonnes of CO2 pollution, the main greenhouse gas pollutant causing global warming.

Natalie Isaacs - Co-founder and CEO of Climate Coolers

Natalie Isaacs

Natalie is a mother of four with a deep concern about the world her children are inheriting. After training in aromatherapy and natural therapies in London as a young woman, she came home to Australia in 1986 to found and run her own skin and body-care business, the Natalie Group. In 2006, Natalie saw an urgent need to utilize her skills and passion as a business woman and communicator to take real and significant action on climate change.

Natalie is also an Al Gore ambassador. Former vice president of the United States Al Gore together with the ACF personally trained a group of Australians to deliver his world famous and spectacular slide show.

Michelle Grosvenor - Co-founder and Climate Coolers advisory board member

Michelle Grosvenor

Michelle is a mother of three with an extensive background in environmental campaign issues including national media director for Greenpeace Australia in the early 1990s. With her husband Paul Gilding, a former head of Greenpeace International (1992-4), Michelle is a longtime investor in sustainability-focused small businesses. Paul and Michelle are founders of sustainability Strategy company Ecos Corporation.

Michelle and Natalie have been galvanized into taking leadership action on climate change. Their diverse backgrounds create a dynamic blend to the leadership and drive behind climate coolers.
