When they actually do leave home for good, you can use the tiny house as a guesthouse or one of the options mentioned above.
4. Tiny house as a weekend home: Do you ever just want to escape for the weekend but just can’t afford to rent a place or buy a second home? Tiny houses cost much less and if you play your cards right you could end up with no mortgage at all. You can have a beautiful tiny home to get away to and escape the pressures of daily life for extremely little money.
